The Call for Slice of Life Stories

Please link the Slice of Life Story you write today to this post by leaving a comment. Be sure to check out other bloggers’ writing by clicking through the links in the comment section of this post. Come back later today, tomorrow, or on Tuesday (as you normally would) to read through the links of a few other Slicers who link their blogs after you.
Please remember to get out and vote today!

I know this is late posting…but if you are reading these posts late…then it’s perfect! Here is an opportunity to read some great stuff by hopeful and published authors….many YA, and some more adult, but not “ADULT”, if you know what I mean…I have links to the writing competition at WRiTE Club where it is in its Second Round, so it’s down to 36 writers. Vote until Sunday morning, then winners are announced and the Third Round of new 500 word stories starts. Fun! And you may find some inspiration for your students. Sign up on a Linky before voting or it doesn’t count!

Happy election day!
We declared an impasse last night…I know that factors in to my heightened anxiety. My heart goes out to all who have lost so much because of the hurricane. Prayers…everyone.

This is not a political slice. Instead, it’s about me doing a little bit to help a school that has lost so much as a result of Hurricane Sandy.
